Prince Cordell, Regent King of Newmerica and the United Continents, is but a puppet controlled by his wife, who’s plotting his death. Emily, a stunningly beautiful Achilleus programmer for the United Continent’s Department of Defense, leaves the utopian city for the lawless wasteland where she hopes to have her male sexuality reassigned.
